Crunchy`s in East Lansing

Very great place, great service and staff, incredibly good food!

Crunchys is my all time favorite restaurant. My boyfriend and I have since moved away from East Lansing but go back for our birthday dinners. I love the Western burger with mushrooms. Always a great beer selection. The atomic burger is also good. The pizza is awesome. Tater tots are phenomenal. And they have a great rewards program!! Never had bad wait staff either

Great "hole in the wall" feeling bar, except better... Vast beer menu, karaoke on the weekends, and overall their food is delicious. Their half off beer and large pizza's on Sunday after 8:00 pm is amazing. Not to mention their pizza nugs are LIFE and great specials throughout the week. Crunchy's is an East Lansing staple! My boyfriend and I came here for Monday Music Trivia. Josh, our server, was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly our entire visit. The place was not super packed (given it being a Monday night), but the place had a jovial and laidback air about it. I got a brat burger and pineapple hard cider. I highly recommend both! He got a wrap and a scotch, and he was pleased with his selections as well. We’re definitely going to come back!

One of the best places in the Lansing area to grab a nice selection of different craft beers. Full bar as well. The food is a bit on the economy side, but it certainly hits the spot and it's worth grabbing a bite.

I’m not hype right now. The karaoke guy Brad wouldn’t allow me or my friends to go up because “he had heard the song too many times” (even tho I was there for 2 hours and never heard my song “picture”) or he stopped at 1 and wasn’t taking and more requests which is fine except the fact the same girl had been up there 4 times and my friend group hadn’t been up there once. I’m 25 so I haven’t been to crunches in a while but when I went 3 years ago the same karaoke guy still ran the show. I’d just like to have fun with my friends but there’s no point in coming if he won’t allow anyone but the same 4 people to sing.

Good, fun place, decent food. Service could be a little faster other than that its good

I’m not sure how often you should split a bucket of beer between four people but it should definitely be lower than the once a month I’ve been doing it. Burgers are good but drunk karaoke is better

We had sooo much fun at karaoke! We were in town for a conference, and one of the local organizers suggested coming here. We got a table right up front, and the server was so patient and awesome with serving a group. The beer selection and food was great. If I'm ever back in East Lansing, I know where I'm going!

A mainstay in the MSU campus area of East Lansing. This place is legendary. Took my son, an MSU freshman here to show him the ropes and the places is old man used to stomp around. We tried to find where my wife and I carved our initials into the wall back in the early days, but no luck! The burgers are even better than I recall. Adn, the bun was amazing! Monday nights they have reduced prices on the little burgers (1/4#) and dollar of Miller Lite drafts! How can you go wrong? I just don't need a full half pound burger these days!!!Anyways, a great college town bar/restaurant without too many rowdy students. Enjoyable time was had. Food was good, service was good, ambiance was great! I'll be back, you can bet on that!!

Great Burger! Great Beer! Before the game!

It was ok, I thought the host was a little rigid in his customer service approach, but still somewhat friendly. However, if you and friends are looking for a great burger joint this is the place. It might take you a 15 to 20-minute wait to be seated if you go there on a Friday or Saturday, but it's still worth the wait. Fellow UofMer and neighboring Buckeyes are welcome, 😁😃🍻

I think Crunchy's has some of the best pizza in Lansing. The service was awesome, my waitress made me feel like I was at home she went over and above. A great place to take family and I would strongly recommend the to friends and family.

Food is fantastic! The pizza is great and they have a killer burger special at lunch. There's a pretty good selection of beer on tap as well. The place isn't very big so it can get busy easily. Parking isn't great and the entrance is quite literally an alley way door. All of this adds to the character of Crunchy's. Definitely a local favorite.

Great service and food! Do not park in the Biggby parking lot. I've been told they will tow your vehicle.

Cozy bar. The seating area is not huge, but it is well distributed. They have a good beer selection and you can have them for less prices than most places. The bucket prices are insanely cheap. I've not ordered a lot of food here, but the ones I did were good. The proximity to MSU makes it a great location for a quick bite and drink.

Crunchy's is a must visit while visiting Lansing. Famous for their buckets of food, we highly discourage people to actually order the buckets, especially if you can afford to pay a little more. Crunchy's actually have very good burgers made from excellent 100% beef patties. Combined with a mug of craft beer (quite a few to choose from), it's a winning combination that makes us visit this place every time we're in town. The place does get quite rowdy at nights with fraternity guys chugging beers, but the staff are generally used to handling large crowds so service never really suffers for other patrons that are trying to enjoy a meal. Parking does get tricky due to the small lot, and the wait time can get kind of long too during the busy times like nights and weekends.

Ordered a double cheeseburger and some wings. Super sized meals for only seven dollars excellent food will be ordering again.

Great place for a drink and a burger. If you like to eat some comfort food while you drink, this is the place to go. Try their tator tots, absolutely amazing!

Delicious burger! It was super busy on a MSU game day, but worth the wait and crammed seating. Our waitress was very friendly, too.

The most wonderful place for burgers in Michigan! It truly rocks your mind and spirit! Friendly helpful waitresses, great atmosphere, and fun place to eat. Will make this a new tradition for my family. Also, be sure to order the onion rings!!

I went out for karaoke and found out why Crunchy's was voted best karaoke place. It was amazing!!! The atmosphere was off the charts and the people were so inviting. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes to sing for fun and will be absolutely coming back.

You cant go wrong with this place for lunch or dinner. Good beer selection, cool atmosphere and the burger lunch special is excellent and will fill you up for sure. Will be back.

Crunchy's is known for their burger, and it is a good one. The lunch special is a good draw, as is the Monday night burger special. They had a good Michigan draft beer selection and the place has a cool college vibe. Though college is behind me, I go there during the summers when the students have vacated. The patio is small, but it's there. Feel free to add your name on the interior walls.

Very crowded on a Friday night. Dress in layers because you may have to wait outside the small foyer to get in. Service was great! Options for beer and alcohol interesting. Karaoke is....well it's karaoke. The service buckets of beer. Literal beer filled buckets you share with friends. Long Island teas are served in oversized mugs. Mostly college age patrons.

Dive bar vibe with upscale craft beer and well above average food. What's not to love?

I used to go to Crunchys all the time. This time, I was there, everything went amazing, until I got home. We were out celebrating my birthday, and I got two of the “three soft shell tacos with beans and cheese. They were listed at $3.50 for the three tacos. I got two orders of that and a vegetarian wet burrito, listed at $7. That’s $14 for everything. I was charged just under $30 before tip. Tipped 20% because I had a great night. Was robbed $15. No longer recommending this place to family and friends 🤷🏼‍♂️

Good place to grab a bar burger. Food is good, service is generally ok. A bit loud and crowded, but if you go before or after noon rush it's better.

The burgers are amazing, they're juicy, moist, tender and flavorful, the portions are large and the service is prompt.

Hadnt been here for years and it was as great as I remembered it. Good atmosphere, basic bar. Had the burger and it's still one of the best I've ever had. Great place.

Good service. Terrible job communicating that 10+ people will get towed if they park in the normal lot where Biggby used to be. Your business normally parks here, how can you afford to not communicate better than a piece of pink paper on your door that people will walk right past? $250+ down the drain.

Probably the best burger I've had all my life. Whenever I visit my alma Mata, I come here to share with my family. Just don't come here during game day if you're hungry and want a table asap, lines are lengthy.

Always a five star experience here. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Prompt and warm service makes you feel right at home. Today I stopped in after 15miles of snowy, slushy bike riding and the burger and beer were absolute perfection. Do not skip Crunchys if you are nearby.

Food was great, atmosphere is so fun. Christian was am amazing karaoke dj! Can't wait to go back!
